CBN approves edl board
Lagos Island, Lagos – May 30, 2006

Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has approved the appointment of the following to the Board of EDL following the consolidation exercise in the banking Industry.

The new board members include

1. Mr. Francis Atuche - MD, Bank PHB Plc
2. Mr. Akinsola Akinfemiwa - MD, Skye Bank Plc
3. Mr. Mike Chukwu - MD, Spring Bank Plc
4. Mr. Emeka Onwuka - MD, Diamond Bank Plc
5. Mr. Okey Nwosu - MD, First Inland Bank Plc

The members bring with them their wealth of experience in the banking industry which has seen their various institutions transform into mega banks in the Nigerian financial landscape.
