APPOINTMENT OF TWO ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS FOR EDL

Please be informed that the CBN has approved the appointment of two additional directors to the board of EDL. They are:

Mr. Muyiwa Bakare, MBA, MSc

Mr. Bakare is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of Metropolitan Merchant Bank Limited and brings a wealth of Experience to EDL board having been involved in Board Management of Metropolitan Bank Limited. He is an alumnus of Warwick Business School, United Kingdom and Lagos Business School, Lagos.

Muhammad Imam Yahaya, OFR, FCIB

Alhaji M. I. Yahaya is currently the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of NUB International Bank Limited. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and an officer of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He has previously held similar positions at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc and Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc and was an Executive Director at the First Bank of Nigeira Plc.
